Jeff Hodgson of Construct, Inc. has held a residential builders license in the state of Michigan for over 20 years, building spec and custom homes prior to taking on commercial projects. Specializing as a finish carpenter, Jeff Hodgson's experience in building and repairing homes and maintaining rental and commercial properties, provides a wide range of expertise to assist you in caring for your home, rental or business property.
It all started in Breckenridge Colorado, when Jeff Hodgson began learning his life skills as a finish carpenter. When Jeff arrived in Breckenridge Colorado, the town consisted of a dirt road and the Gold Pan Saloon, holding on to distant memories of the Pike's Peak Gold Rush.
It was in Breckenridge where Jeff honed his skills while working on crews to build many establishments including the Bell Tower Mall, DJ McAdams restaurant, Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center, Village of Breckenridge all phases, custom homes and many other properties over the next ten years.
Returning with his tool belt and unmatched experience, Jeff began working with a local rental property owner repairing and preparing his many rentals for new and existing tenants. He later joined the team at StoneRidge Construction as a foreman building out Perry Drug stores.
In 1990, Construct, Inc. was formed as Jeff worked on kitchen and bath remodels, working his way into spec and custom homes. In 1996, Construct, Inc. received it's first 6 Circuit City Stores as general contractor in charge of all building repairs and maintenance. Six stores quickly grew to all locations in the state of Michigan, northern Ohio and northern Indiana.
Construct, Inc.'s reputation with Circuit City attracted other third party repair companies nationwide to seek out his services. Jeff would like to bring his talents back home to work with local companies and homeowners, building relationships.
John William's, experienced millworker and custom cabinet maker joined Construct, Inc. as field manager personally servicing stores throughout metro Detroit. Jeff and John have worked on many projects over many years, personally and professionally. John's experience with repairs and customer service makes him uniquely qualified to service your home, rental or commercial property needs.
